I can’t say enough great things about Brown’s Alfa Romeo and my service advisor, Fran. I brought my Alfa Romeo Giulia in for a leaking coolant hose and honestly expected the worst. In the past, when I used to take my car to Westbury Alfa Romeo, repairs like this would take weeks.

Went to Browns yesterday only to find out that my power train warranty was voided because of a missed 5 year inspection. Meanwhile I was there a year ago to have work done and told the service manager that wrote up the paperwork to please do it while the vehicle is here and he assured me that it was done!! No they are stating it was never done and they are trying to blame this all on me. In Oct 2024 I had my vehicle serviced and inspection. A seat belt recall was also completed . I was provided with an Uber ride home and a pick up back to the dealership free of charge, that was a nice touch. My experience was A++ and all my requests were completed and concerns addressed regarding my vehicle. The service dept is wonderful and the cost of service was very reasonable . My appointment was at 8:30 , right on time and had my car done as promised within an hour and a half ! Pleasant service manager , very happy with the service I received. Even threw in a car wash. I was able to thank the mechanic who worked on my alpha directly. Great experience. Thank you !
