Went to Browns yesterday only to find out that my power train warranty was voided because of a missed 5 year inspection. Meanwhile I was there a year ago to have work done and told the service manager that wrote up the paperwork to please do it while the vehicle is here and he assured me that it was done!! In Oct 2024 I had my vehicle serviced and inspection. A seat belt recall was also completed . I was provided with an Uber ride home and a pick up back to the dealership free of charge, that was a nice touch. My experience was A++ and all my requests were completed and concerns addressed regarding my vehicle. The service dept is wonderful and the cost of service was very reasonable . My appointment was at 8:30 , right on time and had my car done as promised within an hour and a half ! Pleasant service manager , very happy with the service I received. Even threw in a car wash. I was able to thank the mechanic who worked on my alpha directly. Great experience. Thank you !

I recently got a flat tire on my car (since its a run flat) i was able to get it straight to browns and they took it right in. The car had to be kept overnight because they didnt have the tire in-stock (Pirelli run flat). I asked them to rotate the new tire and also do the oil change (it was time for it). Browns Alpha Romeo’s service was amazing! I had a nail in my tire and Browns took care of the problem immediately! Their staff was so helpful!! Brianna was incredible! They provided transportation to home because the tire was not in stock! It came in the next day and all was well! Furthermore, this all happened the day before Thanksgiving!! I could not be happier with Browns! Their sales and service are the best around!!
